MUMBAI:    For a while now, rumours have been doing the rounds that actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have been in a relationship. Even Karan Johar questioned them individually on his chat show, Koffee With Karan, about their relationship and possible marriage. Neither of them gave away too much information, but Sidharth seemed to hint at a wedding with the actress. Now, the rumours have seemingly been confirmed, and it looks like the couple are getting ready to get wedded together this December.

A well-placed industry source, confirming the rumours shared with a media portal saying, “Yes the Shershaah jodi, Sidharth Malhotra, and Kiara Advani have locked a date this December for their nuptials. Though neither side is open to talking about the impending wedding, both have stated prepping for it.” The source continues, “As of now, both Sidharth and Kiara are keeping a lid on things, but it is expected that there will be a reception in Mumbai with the industry in attendance. Karan Johar, who ensured to make his displeasure at not being invited to certain ‘Bollywood shaadis’ will definitely be on the guest list.” The source tells us that preparations are underway, but the couple have still stayed mum about these rumours. “Given the hype surrounding their relationship, it is no surprise that Sid and Kiara want to keep things on the down low. Once everything is ready and the couple has finished with their prep work will they officially announce their wedding. But till then they do not want to reveal any details”, adds the source.

Workwise, Sidharth Malhotra had recently graced the big screen in Thank God, which also starred Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh. He will next be seen in Yodha and Mission Majnu. Talking about Kiara Advani, her latest release was JugJugg Jeeyo, with Varun Dhawan. She has her hands full with Govinda Naam Mera, RC15 and Satyaprem Ki Katha.
