There’s a lot of curiosity over Abhimaan’s (Aanshul Trivedi) past in Sony PAL’s Ek Rishta Aisa Bhi (Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd). And now in the coming days gear up to see the truth of his sad past.

Ratna (Anjali Mukhi), who is Abhimaan’s mother, has faced his wrath of not being there for him during his growing days. In the coming episodes, Abhimaan will confront his mother and viewers will then get to see the back-story of Ratna and her misery.

Shares a source, “Ratna, blinded in love, would have married a non ambitious man (played by rookie actor Rahil Khan) and soon after their marriage, the two would have fought hting on petty matters.”

Being an independent woman, Ratna would feel suffocated in the marriage and she will force her husband to take up a job. But the man, aspiring become a chef, would not want to work and being a person not ready to take responsibility would leave Ratna alone taking their son along.

When we buzzed Anjali she replied, “It is such a great moment to turn 22 again as I dress up as a bride for the back-story. I am really excited to see the sequence ahead and I am sure viewers would also enjoy the same. The best part about this show is that it justifies a woman’s stand when she wants her man to work for the family.”
