It has been more than a month that Dutta (Mishal Raheja) and Supriya’s (Riddhi Dogra) marriage has been fixed in Laagi Tujhse Lagan, but the wait is not getting over and if sources are to be believed then the marriage sequence was pushed further due to IPL. Our source from the show says, “Riddhi’s track was supposed to end when she runs away from the marriage but we got to know that the marriage sequence was pushed because of IPL as the show’s timings were clashing with the match timings. However now it is not possible to push it further because we have played out the track enough. Our TRPs were not affected much in the past 15 days, so we will go ahead as per our plan. And Dutta’s marriage will take place in mid-April, which would be one week prior to IPL closing.” Producer Hemal Thakkar, refutes this saying, “No, we did not push any track for IPL ; we are proceeding with our story as per schedule. We did set some marks for our script and IPL is no reason for that. The viewers will get too see the wedding sequence soon.” Meanwhile, our source further informs, “Right now, we are shooting for a sequence where a small puja has been performed before Dutta and Supriya’s wedding. Supriya will try to run away before the marriage in the coming episodes but will get caught.” It is said that the ratings of Laagi Tujhse Lagan have been improved and is currently drawing 3.2.With the upcoming high dramatic sequence the makers are aiming for some more favourable numbers.
