MUMBAI:Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan: 1 starring Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, and Trisha had done wonders at the box office. The worldwide gross collection of the film was Rs. 500 crore and now, the sequel to the movie titled Ponniyin Selvan: 2 is all set to hit the big screens on 28th April 2023.

The trailer of the film was released today, and it has received a fantastic response. It’s a grand trailer and promises an excellent cinematic experience. Just like the trailer of the first part, we get to see Aishwarya in just a few scenes, but still, she steals the show.

Well, the trailer has impressed one and all, and netizens can’t stop praising it. While Ponniyin Selvan: 2 is a Tamil movie, just like its first instalment the film will be dubbed and released in various languages including Hindi. The first part received a decent response at the box office in the Hindi belt. Let’s see what response the sequel will get.
