MUMBAI: Popular drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. We all know that the previous episodes were filled with lots of riveting twists and turns in the story.

Currently, there are a lot of misunderstandings between Sai, Virat and Pakhi.

Earlier we have seen Vinayak has been hospitalised and needs quick treatment. Vinayak wants Dr. Sai to perform his treatment while Virat and Ashwini are against the same. But Pakhi knows Sai is the best doctor and wants her only to treat her Vinu but in vain.

Virat makes Vinu understand that he will not ask for Savi and Sai’s help and hence he calls for the best doctors to perform the treatment.

In the upcoming track, while Virat fails to see Vinayak in pain and the importance of Sai’s treatment for Vinayak at this point of time, Pakhi who is unable to see Vinu crying in pain makes her own decision to seek Sai's help.

It would be highly interesting to see if Sai gets ready to help Vinayak and Pakhi.
