MUMBAI : Star Plus' popular show 'Yeh Hai Chahatein' started as a passionate love story between a famous rockstar Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising their siblings' son, Saaransh together
The show is currently going through a dramatic tangent. The show has taken a leap of 20 years, and Rudra and Preesha are now dead, and the current story focuses on Nayantara and Samrat.
Previously we saw that Samrat is ready to welcome someone and is excited and emotional. Samrat is introduced as a rich, spoilt brat, who is a womaniser and a popular rockstar who is oblivious to the exploitation he faces. But at this moment, he becomes very emotional. We also see that Ishani goes to meet someone at a hotel, and when Nayantara overhears the conversation, she follows her there.
But the biggest surprise will be revealed when the person who Samrat is waiting for turns out to be none other than Revati. Samrat is the youngest son of Rudra and Preesha, who Revati left the country with. Revati manipulates Samrat into hating his father.
Revati becomes very upset when Aaliyah tells her that she wants to go for her friend’s wedding in India, which stresses Revati out as she doesn’t want her children to be in India at all. When Aliya starts forcing her, Revati fakes her stress and Samrat lashes out at Aliya.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Revati still disapproves of the children going to India. But by chance, she has to be in Belgium, and Aliya figures out tickets to India and brings them to Samrat. Even though he is a little apprehensive initially, he finally agrees. Meanwhile, Nayantara and Ishani have to go and pick someone up at the airport, but coincidentally, that person is arriving at the same time as Samrat and Aliya.
