BIG Magic’s Raavi that went on air on 9 September 2013 is all set to take a five year leap.

Yes, the show is taking a leap in less than a month of its airing, however if sources are to be believed, it was meant to be this way.

The story started with Amrita (Rashmi Singh) giving birth to a baby girl but she declared her to be a boy to the outside world to protect her family’s heritage.

As seen so far, Amrita has been trying hard to protect her child’s real identity every now and then but, soon the story will take a five year jump. Post the leap, little Raavi aka Ravinder (Rimmi Srivastava) will be seen as a notorious boy for everyone but Amrita.

As reported earlier by Tellychakkar.com, Raavi will be played by the very adorable Rimmi Srivastava last seen in Star Plus’ Veera.

She will be seen as a very smart child who would know to play the dual role of a girl as well as a boy. She will be seen slipping into the character of Raavi to Ravinder in fraction of a second.

In fact, viewers will get to witness some funny moments where Raavi will tactfully handle situations at school.

We tried contacting Rashmi but she remained unavailable for comment.

The leap will air on 4 October 2013.
