We have often heard stories and have seen in films, young successful people losing their soul and ending their life in the world of glitz and glamour.

Perhaps so is the case of Pratyusha Banerjee, perhaps not. No one can clarify or confirm facts till the investigation is over.

With Pratyusha's death mystery becoming more and more complicated, her close friends from the industry have their own version to share.

Today evening, Kamya Punjabi, Vikas Gupta, Adaa Khan, Shashank Vyas, Leena Dias and Falguni Bramhabhatt held a conference to reveal a lot of secrets to the media.

As many questions occurred in our mind about Pratyusha's personal life and her disturbed relation with her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh, her friends were there to answer all.

The conference started on the note of Vikas, who said that the sole purpose was to clarify the air about many speculations. "There are many people who are taking undue advantage of the situation. (Referring to Dolly Bindra) There are people, who called up her mother, recorded a conversation and then released in the media. They didn't even stop here and continued to click pictures with her body. They are also claiming to know her well, which not true. But we, who are her friends, really want to share that neither she was going through any financial crisis, nor was she stressed. The only issue in her life was her disturbed relation with her boyfriend Rahul. If he tells he is not at fault then why did he leave Pratyusha and vanish from the hospital? In fact, we know that Saloni was also at the hospital when Rahul got Pratyusha there, which is quite suspicious.”

Here, Leena joined Vikas, "Though she always wanted her relation with Rahul to work, she was frustrated after a certain point. I remember on 31 March night, she called me and said she really wanted to get out of the relation as her relation with Rahul was getting really turbulent."

Echoing the same thoughts Kamya spoke, "Four or five days ago Pratyusha complained about Rahul cheating on her. At that point I was in Delhi, so I said once I would reach Mumbai, I will have a word with her.”

Interestingly, Pratyusha's parents have not yet filed a case against Rahul. When asked about the same, Vikas stated, "Firstly, she was staying away from her parents, so what we know, her parents were not aware about the same. Moreover, her parents have lost their beloved daughter and in such a condition, we really can't expect them to file a case or take legal step immediately. They are waiting for the rituals to get over, after that they will for sure take some action."

On the other hand Kamya refused the buzz of Pratyusha being pregnant and opined, "She so very wanted to start a family, how can she end her life knowing she was carrying a baby? It's not possible."

During the conference they also revealed that Rahul was indeed abusive and physically abused Pratyusha in public. As per Leena's claim, Rahul was known for taking money from his girlfriends.

So why haven't all of them given statements to the police? Vikas answered, "We really want to, we have told the officials that we are ready to give statements, we also have evidences, but they haven't yet called us for enquiry. All we want is to let the truth come out and she gets justice.”
