Was there any reason behind being mildly depressed? “There were personal reasons, and it doesn't matter now. But at that time no one knew what I was going through, and it had started showing physically on me. I took control of my life and started working on my mental health. Because it's 80% thinking and 20% diet and exercise. During Kumkum Bhagya as well I was going through a lot, but I have resurfaced back on my own. Nobody was there to tell me except my sister, but our conversations used to trigger me. Meditation helped me a lot to get stronger. The people around me supported me a lot and I think positive energy around you has an impact.”

How happy are you in your life right now? “I have a beautiful relationship and he gives me the love and care that I need. My relationship with Zeeshan (Khan) is quite healthy because we work on our problems.”
