MUMBAI : Actor Fahmaan Khan has become a household name with his character Aryan Singh Rathore in Star Plus show Imlie.
His sizzling chemistry with Sumbul Toqueer Khan aka Imlie has garnered a lot of audience's attention. Fans love their pair and tag them as #AryLie and #SumAan.
His journey so far is commendable. He began his career with modelling and theatre and later on, with constant hard work, made his TV debut in the year 2015. He rose to fame with his performance in the serial Imlie.
Apart from this, Fahmaan auditioned for MTV’s reality show Roadies but unfortunately, did not garner the expected success.
He was last seen in COLORS serial Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii, where fans loved him as Ravi and they miss watching him on screen.
Soon, he would be seen in COLORS upcoming show Krishna Mohani where he would be seen opposite Debattama Saha and the fans are excited to see this new pair.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Fahmaan and asked what he thinks about the new star cast of Imlie and he talked about his fitness mantra.
What are your thoughts about the new star case of Imlie?
I haven't watched the show but I keep getting tagged on social media. I believe that when a sequel happens or a leap of a show and, a new star cast enters the show it becomes a huge responsibility for the stars. I feel even the previous stars and the current one is doing a fantastic job and the show is still doing so well with a thousand episodes being completed. It's a huge success and a huge congratulations to the entire team. In fact, I had messaged the producer Gul Khan and congratulated her and it's a good thing to see.
As an actor, do you think that you need to do something different and do you get affected with the ups and downs of life?
You cannot predict the outcome of a project as you cannot please everyone. As an actor, one should give 100% to the show and the only time I wouldn't be happy or would get sad would be when I am not satisfied with a show and not able to give my 100%. But then at the end, the outcome is on the audience even if you give your 100% and that is not in my hands. I can't change and I can't feel bad about it. So I don't focus on the results and I think about the show and how to better things and enhance my character.
What is your fitness mantra ?
To be honest, I don't like eating sweets and I hardly eat anything sweet. It's something I have been following for a long time and even in my coffee I use only one teaspoon of sugar. In the morning I go out for a run and if I go to the gym I do strength training. Since my trainer regularly learns new things, we try that particular work out. I try eating less when it comes to rice, Roti and bread.
Well, the fans are excited to see Fahmaan back on the screen.
