Gauri Tonk will be seen entertaining fans on Indian television after a long time. She is remembered for her role in Balaji’s Kahin Kisi Roz and for her groovy moves along with her hubby Yash Tonk in Nach Baliye 2. Gauri and Yash made it to the finals of the show. Gauri decided to take a break from TV as she preferred family over work after marriage. She was last seen in Sony’s Maa Exchange.
However, according to close source the actress will be back on the small screen in Ratna Sinha’s tentatively titled Khel Khel Mein on Star Desh. The show is being produced by Chota Ganpati.
Khel Khel Mein is a romantic comedy wherein Gauri’s character is that of a bubbly and cute girl, added the source. Indian Idol fame Amit Tandon is playing the lead in the show which is expected to go on air in January.
When contacted Gauri Tonk said, “I am part of this venture but it is too early for me to say anything. You have to wait for more details but the show is worth a watch.”
