Well, the handsome lad was suffering from a throat infection and one of his ardent fans got to know about it and started wishing him on Twitter with the hash tag #GetWellSoonAmar.

Said a happy-looking Kunwar, “More than me being happy, I was shocked. I was wondering as to how my fans came to know about my illness. Later I got to know that in some of my scenes in the show my voice was a little chocked and it was not that clear. As a matter of fact I am having cough and cold since a week now and had just got throat infection. But I am fine; way better now."
“With this I want to thank my fans for loving me so much. It was overwhelming to see myself trending on Twitter,” observed Kunwar.
