After churning out a path-breaking TV moment with Aamir Khan’s Satyamev Jayate, Star Plus is all set to launch a new series entitled Lakhon Mein Ek, which will keep the issues of social significance alive.
Lakhon Mein Ek is an amazing collection of extraordinary tales of people who walk among us but are still unique because of their ability to think beyond the society norms. Therefore to make it a huge success, its very first episode has been directed by National Film Award winner Rahul Dholakia.
Dholakia needs no introduction; he is known for his National Film Award winning film Parzania.
Confirming the buzz, Big Synergy producer, Anita Kaul Basu states, “All the episodes of Lakhon Mein Ek have been shot in a very different style unlike our daily ‘saas bahu’ sagas. So we thought Rahul will be able to do justice to the very first episode and accordingly we got him on board.”
The series will be hosted by one of the small screen favourite ‘bahus’ Pooja Gor.
