Sony’s Dance Premier League is leaving no stone unturned to see to it that the show gets more and more viewers. Till now the show has been unable to get the TRPs it wants.
After having Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper with wife Laureen, the producers have now focused on DPL’s Queen Rani Mukherji. She will be seen dancing to the tunes of a Bhangra number which will come on air on Saturday.
Rani’s performance was the most awaited moment on the show, though it came as the most unexpected surprise.
Rani Mukherji till now has politely refused to even shake a leg on the show and it took everybody by surprise when she obliged to do the bhangra with Kartik – her favourite contestant on the show.
It seems the lady is still living in the days of her last released movie Dil Bole Hadippa, where she danced to Bhangra beats.
Mid way she even kicked off her heels and got into the mood for an enthusiastic jig. She got a standing ovation for her impromptu performance.
