Sehban ‘cooks up’ a storm with friends

Sehban Azim talks about his new show In My Kitchen on Zee Digital, where he cooks up a storm with his friends

Cooking is more fun with friends and when you do it for a show, it just becomes all the more entertaining.

Sehban Azim, who impressed viewers with his acts in Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Humsafar, Silsila Pyaar Ka and more, it’s now time to see him cook up a storm with friends in his first non-fiction venture.

His show on Zee Digital, In My Kitchen will have the actor meeting a friend and interviewing them while stirring up a delicacy.

Talking about the same, Sehban shared, “When the team approached me I was more than happy to jump in as I love food and spending time with friends while shooting was an added advantage. It is a very interesting show and I am looking forward to the entire experience.”

When we asked the handsome lad if he enjoyed cooking, he quipped, “I am not a masterchef but staying alone I have managed to keep my stomach full (laughs). I call up my mom and learn dishes as I am quite a foodie and that’s how I got adapted to culinary. But I am sure once we are done with the show I will manage to become a great cook (winks).”

Since the show is on a digital platform, we quizzed him if he has any apprehension that he might not get too many eyeballs. “To tell you honestly, people enjoy food, clothing and make up wherever they can lay their hands on. People love learning about these things and I think once it gets promoted it will spread like wildfire. Also I will be going to a lot of popular actors’ house and thus I am sure it will get popular.”

Good luck Sehban.
