Check the slideshow above Beautiful actress Malini Kapoor (last seen in Rangrasiya) has added another feather to her cap. Apart from acting, Malini is also a brilliant interior designer. Yes, the talented actress has done interiors for the Qubool Hai girl, Surbhi Jyoti. Surbhi has recently bought a two-bedroom apartment in Malad, Mumbai. And the house interior is done by her very good friend Malini Kapoor. To know more about the interiors we buzzed Malini and she shared, “Yes, I have done the interiors of her house. Surbhi is a very bubbly girl, so I wanted her apartment to have a colourful and vibrant look. I have painted one side of the wall with bright colours of orange, yellow and golden. I have kept the curtains multi-colored and furniture brown, so that it goes well with the theme. There are three abstract paintings in the hall room to give a classy look. I believe the house entrance grabs all the attention, so I have kept a huge mirror at the entrance which is again painted by me with a lovely candle stand. Obviously the house is incomplete without lightings; thus I have designed lamps in the corners of the house with some wind chimes hanging around them.” She continued, “I don’t like to overdo things; I have made sure that it looks rich and elegant. Interior designing is my passion, and looking at my work people in industry have always appreciated it.” An excited Surbhi added, “I was dancing with joy when I saw my house. Malini has done a great job. I must say that in addition to being a good actress, she is also a good interior designer. Her sense of colour coordination is superb. I loved the way she has painted the wall. No doubt there is lot of hard work involved and she has done everything by her own. In fact to show my interiors I had arranged a house party on my birthday and the look of the house has been loved by all my friends in the television industry.” Great work, Malini!!
