Handsome and immensely talented actor Manish Goel, who was last seen in Life OK’s Shapath, is celebrating his birthday today (27 August 2013).
Let’s talk to Manish and find out about his plans.
“Well, on this very special day, I woke up at 4 am and walked to the Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings of Ganpati bappa. Later, I went to jog and finally went to my in-laws’ place to seek their blessings. And today, for a change I didn’t send my kids to school and bought movie tickets for them, although my wife Poonam, who is a strict mom, got a bit angry. But I believe these special days are meant to enjoy and so we are having fun,” says the actor.
Recounting what happened last night Manish averred, “Last night some friends and loved ones came over with a cake and we had some nice time.”
And for his evening programme, the actor said that he would take his wife and kids for shopping followed by dinner. Since my kids are grown up and have been greeting me for the past one week with beautiful cards, I have given them freedom to shop for themselves,” Manish observes.
What all gifts did you receive? “Frankly speaking, Poonam and I shop for ourselves. She told to me shop whatever I feel like and I think it easier that way,” he informs.
So how do you feel on getting a year older? “The more I grow older the more I feel younger,” says the actor with a smile.
Lastly Manish adds, “I really feel good that every year without fail the team of Tellychakkar.com calls me up to wish me. You guys make me feel special. So thank you so much.”
