Rakhi Sawant shares a ‘I Miss You’ post for her domestic help

Rakhi Sawant has shared a post and highlighted the importance of domestic help.

MUMBAI: During this lockdown period, like others, Rakhi Sawant also has been spending time at her home, trying her best to maintain social distancing to curb the spread of the virus. Due to the imposed lockdown in the country, several people have been struggling with household chores as domestic help are not allowed in many places.  As Rakhi Sawant has to manage the household chores all by herself, the actress took to her social media to share a video missing her help.

On Instagram, Rakhi Sawant shared a video captioning it, “I Miss You.” The video Rakhi shared reads, “The Bai,” and starts with a person talking about the importance of domestic help in a person’s life. The video features clipart of working women alongside that of domestic help and talks about how one imagines how his/her life would be with the presence of domestic help. With the help of the video, Rakhi Sawant tries to share her grief with her fans of how she manages her days during the lockdown without her domestic help.

While Rakhi Sawant shared the video missing her Bai aka domestic help immensely, the concerned fans of the actress took to social media to express how they feel bad for her. One fan commented, “Rakhi kha ho aaj kal koi post ni daltiiii,” asking the actress why she does not share posts, while another commented, “Plz apko takleef hoti hogi roz itna kaam karne Mai plz aap bai ko sath hi rakh lijiyega plz rakhi Didi." After watching the video, one fan also requested Rakhi Sawant to make a call to her domestic help, so that she is relieved of her stress.
