Shakuntalam Telefilms’ Na Aana Iss Des Ladoo on Colors will be going off-air on 27 July (2012). That means there’s hardly few days left for the show to terminate. There are many actors who have been associated with the show since the first day; one of them being Ammaji aka Meghna Malik. In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Meghna unveiled her journey and experience of being a part of this project which gave her immense popularity. “From day one till date, it has been a very wonderful journey throughout. I have got accolades for my role; people from all age groups have come up to me and appreciated my performance. Once an old man said he loves my acting; a three-year old kid enacted the way I do namaskar. While females always appreciate and adore my character, I feel humbled when a male comes and greets me.” Added Meghna, “Furthermore, the character is quite contemporary. I have lived every moment of it as it is rightly said ‘life goes on’. One needs to move on. I feel that because of the time slot change, the show lost out on its popularity. I guess the male population couldn’t see the show because of the time change. Many fans came up and asked me how they would watch the show when the timings have been changed. However, I would like to say that all good things come to an end and so will the show.” When we ask Meghna what after Na Aana..? she laughed and said, “I love to work and can’t sit idle. At this point, I am very much in a shooting spree with few days left for the shoot to end. I want to live every moment. As far as connecting with the cast and crew, I will say that I gel with the actors who have been on the show right from the start. We have a special bonding altogether.” Well Meghna, have a rocking career ahead!!
