Aaditya Thackeray has now moved the Bombay HC requesting to be heard before any order is passed in a public order litigation in Sushant Singh Rajput as well as Disha Salian’s “mysterious deaths”.

Now, as per latest reports, NCB’s legal advisor Japan Babu has filed a defamation case against ex-NCB official Sameer Wankede in the Delhi Magistrate court, Patiala House.
