We all know that Gautam Rode has been patiently waiting for Star Plus’ big ticket show of Sanjay Leela Bhansali titled Saraswatichandra, but the young and talented guy has apparently bagged the role of the anchor for Star Plus’ upcoming dance reality show, Nach Baliye 5.
We at Tellychakkar.com got into a conversation with Rode to know his favourites when it comes to anchors on television.
Says Gautam, “Manish Paul and Ayushmann Khurrana are the best when it comes to hosting. Maybe this is because they started their careers as host; both of them have their own unique style and they are appreciated for it.”
Rode who recently hosted Colors’ India’s Got Talent says, “I am an actor first, so my approach towards hosting is altogether different. But I am glad that I was appreciated as an anchor for IGT.”
When asked whether he would like to do reality shows as a contestant he said, “I would not do a reality show as participant. I do not like the treatment that these shows are given. I love to enjoy watching reality shows from the outside.”
On his relationship status, Rode stated, “I am searching for love, but am still single.”
