First of all, to avoid confusion, we must specify that 4 Lion Films’ upcoming show on Star Plus has been re-christened and now instead of Special Force, it is called Emergency Task Force. Now, moving on, Naveen Saini (Bidaai fame) and his wife, model turned actress Priyanka Srivastava (now Saini) will be seen in the first episode of the series.
Naveen and Priyanka will play a happily married couple with a daughter. Their daughter will get kidnapped and Naveen, playing an ex-cop, will insist the ETF (Emergency Task Force) to solve the case. This particular episode is now being shot in Goa and it will mark the beginning of the show.
“It’s been great to be associated with this show as it has been shot in a grand scale. The makers have used a lot of graphics and special effects and it will prove to be one of the finest shows on television,” said Naveen.
The show is expected to hit the airwaves by July 2012.
