There is buzz in the market about Eijaz Khan, who plays the role of Amrit in UTV Productions’ Shubh Vivah (Sony Entertainment Television). His character has gone through a lot of twists and turns in a very short span of time. Tellychakkar.com wrote about the show going off air but later it got an extension of three months. Now the makers seem to target the TRP chart by bringing Eijaz in the forefront. In the recent past we saw him getting married to Saroj (played by Neha Janpandit) and Saroj discovering about his affair with a married woman. The viewers have so far seen Eijaz predominantly playing a grey character who has not been happy with his marriage with Saroj and constantly getting into fights and arguments with other people. But there is soon going to be ‘Shubh’ change on all this. As per sources, there is a surprise entry planned on the show which we hear will change Eijaz’s character positively. To confirm the news we got in touch with Rakesh Bedi, who plays Eijaz Khan’s on-screen father in law, and he shared, “Eijaz Khan’s role will only increase going forward and the viewers will get to see a different side of him as his on screen character will go through many changes in his life due to his marriage, an additional family and a new job.” Even Rajesh Beri, writer of Shubh Vivah, admitted that some big things are being planned for the coming episodes, “There are some critical changes that will take place but for that you need to continue watching the show. Eijaz will play an even more important role in the story going forward and we are confident that this new Eijaz will make the show even more interesting.” With this sudden twist in the story Eijaz’s fans will surely not be disappointed!!!
