Shraddha Nigam was last seen judging John Aur Kaun on Hungama and had been doing Pakistani shows overseas. For now the petite actor prefers quality over quantity. Though she does not have any exciting shows on television to rave about but she surely has two quality movies in hand. The actor is doing Salaam India which is produced by Salaam India Productions and directed by Subhash Kapoor. The film revolves around the theme of cricket and includes the likes of Shraddha Nigam, Sanjay Suri, Sandhya Mridul, Milind Soman and a number of veteran actors. "I play a positive, nice small town girl in the film which is essentially about cricket. It salutes the cricketers who have struggled their way through their careers. It's been a moving experience for me to do the film," smiles Shraddha who shot in Wai for the film which is nearing completion. The film is scheduled for a release early next year just before the World Cup. And this is not all. The pretty actor is also doing a film titled Lahore regarding which she prefers to keep mum before its release but claims to have a strong script. Lahore, directed by Sanjay Puransingh Chauhan and produced by Sai Om Productions is also based on the theme of sports. Shraddha plays Sushant Singh's love interest in the film and has been shooting in Mumbai and Malaysia in the recent past. The actor has done films like Aghaz, Apne Dum Par, Yathharth and Ashoka besides television shows like Choodiyan and Krishna Arjun. Also completed an ad film for Samiksha chain of food products. Shraddha is looking forward to chat shows and interesting weekly show offers but refuses to take up any daily shows.
