Handsome hunk Yash Dasgupta, who rose to fame with Star Jalsha's Bojhena Se Bojhena (Shree Venkatesh Films), says that his chemistry with hottie Mimi Chakraborty in Birsa Dasgupta’s next which is yet to be titled will sizzle on screen.

“Mimi is a very fine actress, who has her root from TV and is doing pretty well in films too. I think this pair is going to sizzle as it is not a regular love story. It’s an intense love story and trust me the hero and heroine’s character is a dream role for any actor,” Yash shared with Tellychakkar.com.

When quizzed how excited he is about the project, he shared, “I am excited about the script as it fascinated me. Though I have been a part of the script making process but I simply just loved it.”

“On top of it, working with a talented director like Birsa Dasgupta is like an icing on the cake,” he added.

The actor couldn’t stop praising producer Mahendra Soni (of Shree Venkatesh Films).  

He expressed, “Mahendra Soni is not just a producer for me, he is my friend, philosopher and guide and since the beginning of Bojhena Se Bojhena (TV soap) he has always supported me. He is more so like my mother who did everything for me without letting me know and that’s the reason today I am here.”

So, for him, a new journey begins. When we asked if he is nervous, prompt came his reply, “Nervous? Should I be?”

He signed off saying, “I heard that six films will be releasing this Puja and I pray that all of us will make it big.”
