In today’s bail plea hearing in the Aryan Khan drug case, advocate Amita Desai (Arbaaz Merchant’s lawyer) and advocate Ali Kaashif Khan (Munmum’s lawyer) put forth their points in front of the judge and requested the court to grant bail for their clients. Tomorrow, the judge will hear the side of ASG Anil Desai who will fight from the NCB side and will put forth the points and oppose the bail application.

On October 2, Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and others were detained by the Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) during a raid abode a cruise ship off the Mumbai course. Since then, the young adults have been in custody (first NCB and then judicial) and have been pleading for bail.
