Recently, Mawra Hocane, the newest addition to the Hindi film industry from across the border had the opportunity to meet the graceful actress at an event in Jaipur. Mawra was awestruck when she saw Hema ji at the event and was very excited to see her there.

Mawra, is currently seen portraying a negative character ‘Maha’ in Mere Harjai aired on Zindagi. As Maha, Mawra plays a girl who loses her sanity, after realizing that Mohid, (Sami Khan) her love interest is not in love with her but with her sister, Maheen (Sonia Hussain).  Due to this the bond between the sisters shatters and personal interest becomes the primary cause of deep-rooted hatred and loathing.
