I would not force my son to enter the industry: Rudra Kaushish

I would not force my son to enter the industry: Rudra Kaushish
Actor Rudra Kaushish has been a part of the entertainment industry for more than a decade now. He has seen varied aspects of the same - from being an actor working in smaller roles to being a producer now.

However, Rudra Kaushish says that he would not force his son to be a part of the industry. Commenting on the same, the Kulffikumar Bajewala actor said "The industry has changed a lot in the past few years. A plethora of options has opened up post the advent of OTT platforms. Although there is intense competition, I believe that there is good work for actors worth their salt. However, as a parent I do not want to force my child into it - I want the decision to be his own."

Actor-Producer Rudra Kaushish served in the CRPF for 12 years before discovering his calling for the entertainment industry. "My son is pursuing his engineering from IIT Roorkee and is too young. He has been exposed to the industry and seen me shooting on the sets, however, he is yet to understand the dynamics of it. Everyone was asking me this question on the inauguration of our new production house office this Vijayadashmi and it made me think. Every parent loves their child and sees a star in them, but it does not mean you force your dreams on them. What they think and want to become is more important, I want him to take his own time and think. It is not as easy as it seems, an actor has to be prepared for rejection and deal with it. They have to learn to stay afloat during hard times" said Rudra as he signed off for the moment.

Rudra was last seen in 'Dadi Amma Dadi Amma...Maan Jao' and the fans are waiting for him to return to the small screen in some new series.
