MTV Webbed 2 gets an extension; elated host Kritika Kamra talks to Tellychakkar

Kritika Kamra
MTV Webbed 2 (Lost Boy Productions), is certainly one of the most loved shows on television today, given the fact that it has got an extension to empower the youth to navigate the digital world smartly by churning out eight more episodes. A delighted Kritika Kamra, who is the host of the show, shares her experiences and happiness with Tellychakkar.com. Says Kritika, “It is all together a different experience when compared to fiction shows. Here I am not an anchor but a narrator, a link to communicate the story better. I am very happy with the response the show has received. The episodes are realistic and the youth today needs to be informed of the cyber crimes happening across the social medium.” Talking about her experiencing such acts, Kritika claims that cyber crime is something every actor falls a victim to. She also mentions of how audiences will truly be amazed at the episodes planned ahead where cases from the cyber law will be taken and presented. Ask her about her personal experiences of falling prey to cyber crime, and Kritika elaborates, “It is not unknown to people how there are fake profiles in our name across social networking platforms. Thanks to the verification process and privacy settings, we can solve these issues. I remember how a fake Hollywood casting agency connected with many actors using Facebook and Twitter. Apparently, many known faces fell for it. Actors later learnt that it was a fake agency when it appeared in the papers.” Bidding us adieu Kritika states, “I would like to advise everyone to surf smart and wisely. Posting all your information could be misused; so don’t be na?ve as cyber abuse isn't something you just read about in the papers, it could happen to you!” Have a great time anchoring MTV Webbed
