Hindi film director Rajkumar Santoshi has been given two years jail and fine by the local court in Jamnagar in a cheque return case. Santoshi has been slapped with double fine than the amount of cheque which bounced.

We all know Sunny Deol and his famous tale of getting cheated upon by Yash Chopra, who promised Sunny to be the hero of Darr but made the film all about Shah Rukh Khan and presented it as an anti-hero film. However, good things happen to honest souls.

Now, actor Vindu Dara Singh and Sunny share a close bond as their fathers the late Dara Singh and Dharmendra also were close friends. Vindu and Sunny shared the common passion of bodybuilding.

A local businessman had moved court in this case. Santoshi is the maker of some superhit Hindi films like Ghayal, Ghatak and Damini. He was in need of money for making films, following which, his friend and Jamnagar based businessman Ashok Lal had given him Rs. 1 crore as loan.
